Pablo Corroto Pradillo is an accomplished international Architect and Consultant, with a strong academic foundation from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (ETSAM) and postgraduate studies in Advanced Architecture with a focus on Ecological Structures at the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC – UPC).
He is a registered architect in both Spain and South Africa, holding professional accreditation with the COAM (Madrid), COAC (Catalunya), COACM (Castilla-La Mancha), CSAE (Spain), GIfA (Gauteng), and nationally with SACAP and SAIA in South Africa. This enables him to legally sign and deliver architectural projects across both countries.
Pablo is the Co-Director of Krynauw Nel Associates, Director of Project Development & Sales for MTT and the Sustainabuild Group, as well as a Lecturer at FuturEd. He has also served as a professor assistant at ETSAM and IAAC, reflecting his commitment to academic and professional excellence.
He founded his own architectural practice, pablocorrotopradillo. architects, in Spain in 2019, expanding operations to South Africa in 2022.
With an imaginative yet analytical approach, Pablo consistently delivers high-quality projects and compelling visuals throughout the design, planning, and implementation process. He thrives in high-pressure environments and tight deadlines, bringing energy, charisma, and strategic insight to every project.
Pablo’s portfolio spans international collaborations in Spain, Japan, South Africa, and China, where his adaptability and cross-cultural communication skills have been key to project success. Famously known among colleagues as "perhaps the only Spaniard alive who can keep pace with the Japanese work schedule and the Chinese business way," he balances discipline with a light-hearted attitude—and a sharp fashion sense.
For Pablo, architecture is both a technical and cultural investigation; a tool to shape societies while prioritizing engineering performance and functionality. He believes in delivering profitable, high-quality architectural solutions tailored to private clients, public institutions, and retail developers, always with a clear entrepreneurial mindset.
